Meet Vlad Ilic, the force behind Vlad Fitness. Hailing from Serbia, Vlad and his family made Canada their home in 1999. His early years in sports, marked notably by consecutive national ultimate frisbee championships in 2015 and 2016, laid a strong foundation for his passion for fitness. Beyond his athletic achievements, he's dedicated time as a community coach for his alma mater.
In 2021, with a diploma from Humber College and certification as a personal trainer, Vlad established Vlad Fitness. His focus? Offering personalized training—both one-on-one and virtual—to clients of various age groups. Based in Toronto, he's also collaborated with local fitness teams, sharing his expertise and knowledge.
Whether you're an aspiring athlete, a young sportsperson, or someone looking to embrace fitness once again, Vlad Fitness is here to guide and support.
